|Millennium is #1 in Boston Globe Ranking of Top Largest Employer|
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., November 5, 2012 – Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company today announced it has been named the top largest employer in metropolitan Boston by the Boston Globe. This year, Millennium ranked first among largest companies, overall, moving up from second in 2011. The article appeared in the November 4, 2012 edition of the Boston Sunday Globe.

The Boston Globe’s 2012 Top Places to Work survey was conducted by WorkPlace Dynamics. The Globe invited 1,586 employers to participate in the survey; 304 organizations employing a total of 210,000 people completed the process. Completed surveys were received from 81,907 individuals, who rated their employers based on workplace practices in compensation, leadership, appreciation, career opportunities and management.
